Web/Image Design

Web Design is about the look and feel of your site. The user wants to see something attractive and this is where that come in. After defining the goals of your website, this is often the first step to actually building it. Usally this will include the idea of a background if there will be one, what the navigation will look like, and where your logo and content will fit. This also involves any logo or graphical design elements needed to hold your website together. The process of designing your website will continue until you are happy with the way it looks and are ready to continue to the next step.

Web Programming

After the design is ready, the design must be programmed for the web. HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) is used to provide the structure of the website, while CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) is used for the page layout and imagery. This method gives the most standardized and up to date way of viewing your website, making it compatible for other methods of use such as screen readers for the blind and cell phone web browsers.

Advanced Web Programming

This is usually the final process of making your website. Any server side programming that has been discussed will be coded in and set up. This commonly includes: user/administrator logins, database driven pages, contact forms, and shopping cart systems.

CD-ROM Design and Programming

CD-Roms are a great way to attract customers! These can be the size of a normal cd or the size of a business card and when executed on a computer, will open an interactive demonstration or tool that will teach your clients what it is you can do for them. These are great to hand out at meetings or mail to potential clients.

Website Extras

There are tons of things that can add interactivity to your websites. Flash animation, streaming video, custom games, these are just a few of the great things that can improve your websites functionality. Contact Kilroy Multimedia to find out more.
